Cost: £8 drop-in or subscribe for £20 a month for unlimited classes and on demand links!
I know finances can be tight, especially for new mums so I am always happy to offer free classes, no questions asked.
Bring: A bottle of water and a mat or towel. Babies and toddlers always welcome but not compulsory!
If it's your first class, come a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork.

Parking:
All Saints Church House: 2 spaces at the front and 3 at the back (off Perrin St). If you park at the back, bang on the fire door and I'll let you in. There are timed spaces on nearby roads.
Bury Knowle: Small free car park by the library entrance. Pay and display at Headington Carpark (behind Waitrose). Some free spaces on Chestnut Ave by the tennis court entrance.
A hard class of High Intensity Interval Training; HIIT is the fastest way to fitness! Suitable for all levels of fitness, but it is a tough class and includes some impact exercises so it is a good idea to have some basic fitness experience before joining. I show exercise modifications to ensure the right level of challenge for you. A full body workout with lots of emphasis on cardiovascular fitness. Classes often use the Tabata protocol where you work hard for 20 seconds, then get a 10 second recovery. Then repeat! You will need to push yourself hard for 45 minutes, but you will thank yourself afterwards and you will see (and feel) the results quickly. Friday class has plenty of post natal modifications so you can pick the right level of intensity for you.

Designed specially for new mums and is also suitable for anyone just starting an exercise programme or recovering from injury. A gentle whole body workout with a focus on building core strength and improving cardio vascular fitness. It is a great opportunity to meet others whilst getting fit. (There is no need for babies to be well behaved - anything goes)! All moves are low impact and classes are suitable for pre and post natal, including those recovering from a C-section or diastasis recti. (Just let me know).
