HIIT Class
This is a High Intensity Interval Training workout. It is 45 minute class, guaranteed to make you sweat and improve your level of fitness, fast. It is a whole body workout and involves short bursts of intense exercise. It is a tough class and I will offer options to challenge all levels of fitness. It is a good idea to have a base level of fitness so if you are just starting out then try my Back to Fit class first.
9.15 - 10.00am on Tuesdays online via Zoom and in person at All Saints Church House, New High St, Headington.
9.15 - 10.00am on Thursdays in Bury Knowle Park.

Babies and toddlers of all ages welcome, but not essential. Toys provided indoors, buggy friendly outdoors.
Back To Fit Class
This class is designed specially for new mums and is also suitable for anyone just starting an exercise programme. It is a gentle, whole body workout with a focus on building core strength and improving cardio vascular fitness. It is a great opportunity to meet other mums and babies whilst getting fit. (There is no need for babies to be well behaved - anything goes)!

Buggy Workout Class
This class is an outdoor class, suitable for post natal mums, but with options to challenge you if you are a little bit further along on your fitness journey. We meet by the wood carving and the circle of benches in the middle of the park and once we get started we move around a bit so that parents get a cardio vascular workout and little people get a change of scene.
Plenty of post workout coffee options nearby.
