About

I have always been passionate about health and fitness and first trained as a Personal Trainer in 2010. When our son was born in 2014, I experienced first hand the difficulties of regaining my fitness (with a new baby to look after) and I decided to train in pre and post natal exercise, with a view to supporting new mums on their post baby fitness journey.
 
When we moved to Oxford, I took the opportunity to give up my full time teaching job to focus on being a mum to our then 2 year old and in case he did not keep me busy enough, to invest more time into personal training and to launch fitness classes for mums. Hence, Jeneration Fitness was born!

Come and try out a class, bring your little ones too, (there is no need for them to be well behaved - anything goes), and meet a friendly bunch of other people invested in their health and wellbeing!
