This class books up fast, so best to book in advance.

Drop in rate is £8 per session or you can save money by booking online in advance.

This is a hard class of High Intensity Interval Training. It is suitable for all levels of fitness, but does include some impact exercises so it is a good idea to have some basic fitness experience before joining.

It is a full body workout with lots of emphasis on cardiovascular fitness. Classes often use the Tabata protocol where you work hard for 20 seconds, then get a 10 second recovery. Then repeat! HIIT is the fastest way to fitness. You will need to push yourself hard for 45 minutes, but you will thank yourself afterwards and you will see (and feel) the results quickly. 

Bring a bottle of water and a mat or towel to lie on.

Babies and toddlers welcome but not compulsory!

If it is your first class, come a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork.

Back to Fit Class 10.15am Tuesday, All Saints Church House, New High St & Thursdays 10.15 am Bury Knowle Park

This is a full body workout and is suitable for all, including complete beginners. Classes focus on building core strength and stability so they are perfect for new mums, anyone recovering from injury or anyone wanting to kick-start or support their current fitness regime.

All moves are low impact exercises and classes are suitable for pre and post natal, including those recovering from a C-section or diastasis recti. (Just let me know).

Bring a bottle of water and a mat or towel to lie on.

Suitable for all fitness levels, including post natal mums. A mixture of cardio, strength and core, along with some friendly chat and plenty of post workout coffee options nearby. There is plenty of room to roam for those who do not want to be confined to a buggy.

About

I have always been passionate about health and fitness and first trained as a Personal Trainer in 2010. When our son was born in 2014, I experienced first hand the difficulties of regaining my fitness (with a new baby to look after) and I decided to train in pre and post natal exercise, with a view to supporting new mums on their post baby fitness journey.

 

When we moved to Oxford a couple of years ago, I took the opportunity to give up my full time teaching job to focus on being a mum to our then 2 year old and in case he did not keep me busy enough, to invest more time into personal training and to launch fitness classes for mums. Hence, Jeneration Fitness was born!

A couple of years (and another baby) down the line. Classes in Headington are going strong. Come along and try out a class, bring your little ones along too, (there is no need for them to be well behaved - anything goes), and meet a friendly bunch of local mums.

Services

HIIT Class

This high intensity interval training session is the most effective way to get fit quick! It is a tough class and you will have to work hard. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and there are different exercise modifications to ensure the right level of challenge for you. It is a whole body workout, and you need to be willing to push yourself hard. Toddlers welcome, but not compulsory!

Back to Fit Class

This class is specially designed for anyone looking to get fit. It is a low impact class, which focuses on building core strength so is particularly well suited to new mums (and babies). It is a whole body workout which builds strength and stability.

Personal Training

Whatever your motivation for personal training, I can help you to meet your fitness goals, be they sport specific, health or fitness related. If you need some motivation to kick start your new fitness regime then ask me about personal training.
